OUR GRADUATE SCHEME
Interfleet offers a structured and dedicated Graduate Development Scheme accredited by the IMeche and the IET that aims to qualify Graduates to achieve Chartered status in 4 years.
Our four year graduate development programme is a "Fast Track" to gaining chartered status and consists of two years of training placements followed by two years of responsible experience.
We are looking for high calibre graduates with a degree from an accredited course in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, preferably to MEng level.
The scheme encompasses both placements within the company and external secondments, with opportunities to travel abroad. You will have the opportunity to undertake challening work across a wide variety of activities, as part of a project team. Graduates are encouraged to find projects that they will enjoy and gain valuable experience in. No placements are forced, placements can be local or overseas it really depends on the graduate.

The starting salary for the 2008 intake is £21,500 with regular annual increments.

We believe a simple application process is essential so we have no lengthy application form and encourage graduates to apply on-line sending an up to date CV.
We do not conduct lengthy assessment centres but candidates are invited to attend up to 2 interviews and complete a personality profile.
