Recruitment Process

Stage 1
Apply online attaching a CV together with a covering letter. In your covering letter please include:

Why you are interested in rail engineering and consultancy and specifically why you'd like to work for Interfleet Technology.

Evidenced examples of team working skills, problem solving and analytical skills.

If your application is successful you will be invited to attend a face to face interview, at which you will be asked to bring with you a copy of an assignment/ project work or similar that you have undertaken whilst at University.

Stage 2
If successful, as the final stage of the process, you will invited to attend a 2nd face to face interview with 3 members of staff where at least one of them will be a chartered engineer.
